I was looking for a parrot soft toy / plushie for a toddler who loves birds and I came upon their page. I wanted to see the toy in person so I visited their store. I decided to pick a different bird upon comparison (middle, WWF Flamingo), and hesitated to ask for their gift wrapping service as it's a little past their closing time already. Still, they nicely wrapped it for me. They were very helpful and patient as I kept asking for other bird toys and new stock. 😆 Chanced upon Harry Potter merchandise as well at half the price, so I bought gifts for myself too. Lol. Don't be surprised if their Singapore address is in an industrial area, they accept customers! Thanks to the team who assisted me! 😄

Superb sales recovery. We discovered a defect on the first miffy we received but the seller was nice to let us exchange it with what was on their shelf at warehouse.
